2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion – chopped
2 cups rice (wild 1 cup)
2 c. chicken broth
1 3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Oregano or Thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
method:
cook onion in pan with butter, pour in rice, cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cover & cook until chimes.
