Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 small garlic clove
6 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
4 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp capers
Method:
Place all ingredients in food processor and slowly add oil, blend until mixture emulsifies. Toss lightly with salad.
